LEAN COMPANY VENTURES, SCR, S.A. (the “Company”) is committed to
protecting the privacy of the founders and their projects and startups, as well as the
privacy of their potential, current and future investors. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy
Policy”) is designed to help you understand what information we gather, how we use it,
what we do to protect it, and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our
Service. Unless otherwise indicated below, this Privacy Policy applies to any website
that references this Privacy Policy, any Company website, as well as any data the
Company may collect across partnered and unaffiliated sites.
For purposes of this Agreement, “Service” refers to the Company’s service which can
be accessed via our website at www.lcventures.pt or through our mobile application.

Our Service is hosted by Amenworld - Serviços Internet, Sociedade Unipessoal Lda –
amen.pt – (“Amen”) and IM Creator – imcreator.com (“IM Creator”). Amen and IM
Creator provide us with the online platforms that allows us to provide the Service to
you. Your information, including Personal Information, may be stored through Amen’s
and IM Creator’s servers. By using the Service, you consent to Amen’s and IM
Creator’s collection, disclosure, storage, and use of your Personal Information in
accordance with this privacy policy.

VII. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
As part of the Service, we may provide links to or compatibility with other websites or
applications. However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by
those websites or the information or content they contain. This Privacy Policy applies

Service. To the extent that you access or use the Service through or on another website
